"After 38 years with Cindy and her family and never having a claim on my home, card and other items. The first claim I filed with them turned out to be a disaster. I was told I was covered by the office so I paid out of pocket just to move forward. Now they act like it’s 100% my problem. Can’t tell you how disappointed I am with this treatment. Paul D."
